About the Team

At Meesho, the HR CoE team is working towards building a People Centric workplace by utilizing a User First and Problem First approach. Our focus is to drive an industry leading employee experience for Meesho Employees. We cover various HR domains including, employee experience, campus hire experience, campus hire success,  engagement, holistic wellness, recognition and HR process improvements. Additionally, our team addresses any new emerging challenges on the people's front. We closely work with the Meesho leadership team to understand business objectives and fine tune our processes, aligning our decisions with company goals. 

About the Role

As an integral part of the HR CoE Team, this role will be instrumental in elevating Meesho's culture. The role will be at the forefront of identifying and addressing critical challenges that impact the employee experience, implementing innovative policy and process solutions. The role will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our holistic wellness programs, fostering a culture of recognition, and designing strategies to boost employee engagement.

This role demands a user-centric mindset, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver impactful results. The role will have frequent opportunities to interact with leadership, ensuring the work directly contributes to shaping the company's future.The role will constantly be challenged to find innovative solutions to complex issues, making every day an exciting opportunity to drive positive change.

What you will do

  • Identify and Address Employee Experience Challenges and build 10X policy/ process solutions: Proactively identify areas for improvement within the employee experience. Develop and implement 10X solutions that enhance employee experience and overall workplace culture. Do indepth deep dives in a problem first way and come up with solves that move the needle to high eNPS.
  • Regular pulse connects with employees and managers - this role is the custodian of employee pulse centrally and hence is expected to connect with employees regularly and analyse surveys to bring out actionable insights
  • Drive Holistic Wellness Programs: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Meesho’s holistic wellness initiatives that support employees' physical, mental, social and financial well-being. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the programs meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
  • Drive and build a culture of employee recognition: Partner with the HR team, Meesho managers and leaders to develop and execute recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and milestones. Ensure that recognition is meaningful, inclusive, and aligned with the company’s values.
  • Foster Employee Engagement: Design and execute strategies to increase employee engagement, ensuring that employees feel connected, motivated, and valued. Utilize surveys, feedback mechanisms, and other tools to measure engagement levels and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR, management, and other departments to ensure that employee-focused initiatives are integrated into the broader organizational strategy. Provide insights and recommendations based on employee feedback and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and Measure Success: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of employee experience, wellness, recognition, and engagement initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve these programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
  • What you will need

  • 3+ years of work experience in HR CoE roles (HR program management, employee experience, talent management, talent brand, HR Engagement) preferably in the e-commerce space or fast growing Indian StartupsExcellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
  • Excellent data analysis skills, and data driven problem solvingExperience in employee survey administration and insighting.
  • Excellent communication skills and creative thinking abilitiesMBA from a Tier 1 B- School High on ownership and fast in execution
