About the Team

With almost 4 Lakh entrepreneurs aboard the Meesho app, we are all set to democratise internet commerce for everyone in India. Our primary responsibility, as the Business org, is to actively drive this mission from the frontlines.As an Operations Manager, you will play a huge role in driving growth for all sellers in the platform by enabling them to participate in the various promotional constructs within Meesho like Sale, Deals and Loyalty programs. Our team
holds end-to-end responsibility to source right selections, discounts, catalogs, and products for all these events from our existing seller base. You will be managing a team of Associates, Key Account Managers and working closely with Business Analysts, Designers and Tech resources to achieve the KRs under the guidance of a Senior Manager - Program Management and the Director of MTU/ATU charter.This role has a lot of cross-pod functionality with the Branding, Product, Tech, Pricing, Supplier Growth, User Growth, and Fulfillment & Experience teams to achieve our 10x levers.We focus on personal growth and fun at work just as much as we do on working hard. About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will take care of our day-to-day operations, and team metrics. You will build a long-term vision for the seller's growth and, break it down into a plan, and align your team’s objectives to the plan. You will strategize and scale Meesho's suppliers by developing collaborations between your team and Branding, Product, Tech, Pricing, Supplier Growth, User Growth, and Fulfillment & Experience teams as well as other categories in business. You will also present findings and updates to the stakeholders and other senior leaders regularly. Making impacts with data-backed innovative solutions is key to success in this role. You will work with multiple stakeholders and constantly brainstorm ways to improve processes to raise the bar of experiences for our platform users.

What you will do

  • Create the seller GTM and POA for every monthly promotional events that happen in
  • Own a key part of Seller growth & Operations to increase the adoption for promotional constructs like Sale, Deals, Loyalty programs
  • Drive process optimizations with strategic problem-solving ability
  • Drive process adherence with operations teams and continuously solve edge cases.
  • Engage Meesho Leadership with representations of process metrics and goals
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow
  • Strategise and create comms that improve the organic adoption of these campaigns

  • What you will need

  • MBA Graduate (preferred but not compulsory).
  • 1-3 years of work experience having worked with a strategy and operation or in a role handling supplier growth/categories
  • Should have team management experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
  • Ability to develop first-principle thinking.
  • Experience in problem-solving using qualitative and quantitative data on consumer insight
  • Proven skills in driving problems to solutions and opportunities
  • Ability to manage sale-related adoption processes with the operational team
  • Has experience in handling branding elements historically
