Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Analyze existing data systems and databases to understand the structure, relationships, and formats of data.

· Map data from source systems to target systems, ensuring proper alignment of data fields.

· Load data into the target system, ensuring data is transferred without errors or data loss

· Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of the migrated data.

· Address issues encountered during the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption.

· Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the data migration aligns with business requirements.

· Document the data migration process, including workflows, challenges, and resolutions.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related industry.

· Implement object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and demonstrate strong understanding of tool development in C# & Expertise in database management systems

· Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably with large datasets and complex environments

· Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with technical teams and stakeholders.

 

Desired Skills:

· Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

· Experience with project management methodologies
