Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other UX designers to create accessible, elegant, and engaging user interfaces that balance user needs with technical constraints.
• Effectively communicate design concepts, user feedback, and project updates clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Create and iterate on user experience designs (including wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets) for web-based applications.
• Apply user-centered design principles, continuously iterating to improve user experiences.
• Tackle design challenges by conducting and applying user research to guide design decisions.
• Advocate for usability and user needs in design discussions, ensuring a seamless experience for diverse enterprise users.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of product design experience, with a strong focus on enterprise application design.
• Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodologies, particularly for web-based applications.
• A robust design portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve business problems and meet customer needs through thoughtful design.
• Exceptional interaction design and visual design skills, with hands-on experience conducting user research and creating design systems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Expertise in the design thinking process, from initial sketches to pixel-perfect handoff.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong personal management skills to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with and influencing US-based counterparts.
• Experience working with or without design systems, striving to build one that guides development even in your absence.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of web components or component libraries (e.g., React).

Ability to provide creative solutions within the limitations of existing frameworks.

Education & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in design or a related field is preferred.
