Job Overview 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Search Engine Optimization Manager with a strong focus on SEO and search engine experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic SEO strategy that enhances our online presence, drives organic traffic, and improves search engine rankings while ensuring a seamless user experience for our global customer base.

This position collaborates cross-functionally to drive best practices in executing SXO projects across our various product lines. As the manager of Search Experience Optimization, you will work with our UX manager to support our global marketing websites' user experience and SEO. This role aims to attract users through organic traffic and provide them with valuable content that encourages conversion and fosters customer loyalty.

As the Search Engine Optimization Manager, you will support our global marketing websites, focusing on user experience, SEO, market education, and website optimization & reporting. This role will work closely with our brand, field, digital, partner, product, and content teams, as well as our core web team, to ensure the websites continue to deliver high volumes of qualified leads to support our sales organization, effectively engage with prospects, and accurately represent our brand. In addition, this role will be responsible for auditing acquired websites, creating migration plans, and assisting with managing a digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies guided by data insights and a deep understanding of our customers to effectively address the needs of both B2B and consumer buyers.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify optimization opportunities that attract organic traffic and provide valuable content, including defining key areas of focus for our organic traffic approach and setting targets that align with business goals.
  • Maintain best practices for Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals to ensure the discoverability and performance of the site. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to track progress, make data-driven decisions, and provide regular updates to leadership on improving search rankings and adapting to changes in the digital landscape.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, leveraging this knowledge to drive strategic initiatives and enhance our overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize search experience across various business units. Foster an environment of ownership and collaboration, and ensure you actively contribute to our mission.
  • Assist in managing website performance, conducting audits, creating migration plans, and overseeing collaboration with a digital marketing agency.
  • Execute tactical initiatives based on performance analysis and market opportunities, enhancing website visibility and lead generation.
  • Oversee website migration projects for M&A, maintaining top-performing pages, ensuring all migrated content adheres to best SEO practices, and creating keyword optimization for further content production.
  • Maintain project timelines, scope, and quality standards while fostering effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate deep project management experience with expertise in gathering requirements, setting expectations, negotiating for business outcomes, and a proven ability to initiate large-scale web initiatives and drive them across the finish line on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, SEO, or web marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, optimization processes, and web analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts.
  • Experience with tools like SEMRush, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms (preferably WordPress)                                                                                                           Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
    • Experience working in the legal, risk, and/or HR compliance space.
    • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company.
