Job Overview
Mitratech is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented Services Operations Analyst to work closely with Professional Services project team members and leadership to help deliver client projects efficiently. The Services Operations Analyst works with Project Managers to ensure that project reporting, project deadlines, and costs are clearly captured and kept up to date. Strong communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners, as well as experience meeting hard deadlines is a must.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own, lead and manage project reporting and administration from opportunity through go live
- Participate in meetings with project managers to ensure deadlines are being
met and the project is kept on target; drive for results and deadlines - Drive on-boarding projects forward by building and managing a realistic schedule and project forecast; facilitate and foster communication within and across teams
- Drive internal process improvements and methodology within the services org as needed to ensure successful and satisfied clients
- Produce high quality presentation materials, reports, workflows, processes definitions, and other project artifacts as required
- Exemplify excellence by setting high standards for themselves and others, while demonstrating endurance and negotiating through major obstacles
- Writing and documenting SOPs, flowcharts and other documents for services operations and communicating these to the services teams
- Manage the time entry cadence of the services teams
Integral to delivering these responsibilities:
- Maintaining appropriate project status reporting
- Financial management
- Resource forecasting
- Change management
Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate, plan, monitor and track projects as described
- Ability to understand and report project costs against budgets and forecasts
- Extremely thorough with meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high level of accountability
- A confident results-driven self-starter with sound decision-making skills who sets priorities and executes with minimal supervision
- Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate alternative solutions in a diplomatic manner
- Ability to accurately review and monitor projects and tasks in order to forecast resources, identify scheduling problems, and to raise any issues in a timely fashion
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with Sales Force, PSA tools such as Certinia, etc.
- Demonstrated success in project coordination with a fundamental knowledge of project planning processes and methodologies
- Strong auditing and data analysis skills
- Data integrity management
