About Mixpanel

Mixpanel is an event analytics platform for builders who need answers from their data at their fingertips—no SQL required. When everyone in the organization can see and learn from the impact of their work on product, marketing, and company revenue metrics, they are poised to make better decisions.

Over 9,000 paid customers, including companies like Netflix, Pinterest, Sweetgreen, and Samsara, use Mixpanel to understand their customers and measure progress. Our commitment is to provide the most comprehensive and reliable analytics platform accessible and trusted by all.

About the Role

In this role, you will help scale our potential by opening up a broad set of customers via Mixpanel’s partner ecosystem. You will work directly (often onsite) to shepherd Partners through a certification process and enable them to work with Customers to build products and experiences that people love. Our Partner Success team overlaps with traditional Sales Engineering and Customer Success roles - with the distinction that you will be building up a team of external partners to deliver that value versus working directly with customers.

More specifically, you will deliver seamless onboarding & on-going enablement that educates our Partners about the many facets of the Mixpanel solution including joint-value positioning, implementation, and product training. You’ll work with a portfolio of partners (solution, technology, reseller, and hyper-scaler) to scale Mixpanel across multiple regions with the ability to impact a large number of companies. You will also collaborate with our Solution Engineering and Customer Success teams to share best practices and provide a best-in-class experience to our end customers via Partners.

Beyond the Partner programs, you’ll build deep knowledge in the Mixpanel platform and expertise in the analytics space. Your ability to identify and create this experience for partners and their customers is crucial to helping Mixpanel grow its business and bringing our product portfolio into companies around the world.

  • Assist in the design and optimization of our Partner Programs, including onboarding, training, & certification of Partners to allow for a world-class partner experience
    • Use creativity to propose new onboarding & ongoing training processes and methodologies and refine training program based on experiences and partner feedback
