The Marketing Campaign Manager will play a critical role in driving and executing our growth campaigns across a mix of channels for our target markets in Travel, Merchant Payments, Lending, Wage Advance and Business Payments.

The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Campaign Manager is a vital role in our marketing function as we scale our brand recognition and demand generation activities across our target markets.
You will coordinate and execute multiple projects, balancing strategic and tactical opportunities, aligning to commercial objectives to deliver best-in-class digital campaigns, events, community and partner engagement activities that build pipeline and demonstrate strong ROMI.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing camapign execution for your target markets across all channels and formats including digital only-content, events (in person and virtual), Modulr hosted and 3rd party activity, tradeshows, variety of content formats and briefs (video, demo, webinar, written short, mid and long-form, customer and product-led etc.).
- Work with the Marketing Director, Product Marketing Managers and Sales team to develop campaign strategies, with a focus on continually looking for new ways to generate demand and optimise conversion.
- Setting up and owning campaign execution, performance and iterative enhancements for your target markets.
- Coordinate with external agencies, content writers, Product Marketing, Product, Sales and Account Management to execute on marketing initiatives.
- Build, implement and optimise campaign and lead nurture processes via digital adverts, email automation, web content and social media.
- Create and manage relevant content for marketing channels such as social media posts and website content.
- Own A/B testing strategy and execution, constantly reviewing and optimising campaigns to maximise conversion.
- Execute all physical and virtual event logistics, from large trade shows and sponsorship to smaller customer events and webinars.
- Coordinate event promotion activities in collaboration with the sales team, including emails, landing pages, and social posts.
- Track, measure, and communicate results, continually assessing performance and enhancing ROMI.
About you
You will have a track record of delivering results in a fast-moving business where complexity and ambiguity is the norm. Excellent collaboration, a can-do attitude and attention to detail is essential to being successful in this role.
- 4+ years experience in B2B digital marketing / campaign management.
- Online marketing campaign experience covering content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics and PPC management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including professional copywriting abilities.
- An analytical mindset, able to work with data and insights to produce outstanding campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to work to tight deadlines and ensure ROI on campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial, a self-starter and comfortable executing at high velocity.
- An understanding and appreciation of compliance that affects marketing for a regulated company.
- A strong and demonstrable interest in fintech and payments.
- Prior experience using Hubspot to setup workflows and campaigns is a plus but not essential.
