YOUR TEAM
As a Content Producer, you will begin your journey within the large team of the Expertise Center, and more closely, within the Production Management team. You will be called upon to primarily work on projects for the business units Concerts and Shows and Brand Activations & Events, and collaborate closely with these two teams.

Working with Concerts and Shows means rethinking the experience of a concert or artist through multimedia and working with renowned international artists. The team is a small, multidisciplinary family where everyone perfectly complements each other. The diversity of artists we collaborate with immerses us in a rich and varied universe, offering us a multitude of destinations to explore. There's no chance of getting bored!

With Brand Activations & Events, brand experiences, special events, and entertainment come to life. Our diverse team combines storytelling, immersion, interactivity, and performance to create original and unexpected experiences that connect audiences worldwide. We infuse a passion for experiential marketing and creative innovation to transform brand attractions into unforgettable events.

YOUR MISSION
Juggling between planning and executing projects, producers ensure the smooth progression of the different stages of a project. As a Content Producer, you will lead creative endeavors both from an operational and a human perspective. You are responsible for overseeing content creation and ensuring the follow-up on projects obtained for the department. In this role, you will work closely with the visual content team, as well as other producers and directors, regarding project budgets in development, the creation of production timelines, team supervision, and streamlining the production process. 

FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITIES

  • Project Estimation and Quoting for Content Production
  • Validate the feasibility and profitability of content creation based on the needs and information related to the project;
  • Identify potential risks;
  • Propose creative and innovative solutions in terms of production strategy in collaboration with CG supervisors;

  • Production Scheduling
  • Develop content production calendars and ensure efficient assignment of internal talents and external collaborators;

  • Team Supervision
  • Proactively manage and follow up with different stakeholders;
  • Supervise production coordinators for budget and production schedule tracking;
  • Update projects and communicate any changes to the SOW (scope of work) to production;
  • Participate in the assignment and optimization of internal talents;
  • Work with the Global Procurement Manager, services, and the assignment coordinator to seek and identify the best external resources and subcontractors for the project;
  • Develop and maintain a network in professional sectors (design, 2D animation, 3D animation, post-production, etc.);
  • Foster a knowledge-sharing culture and good communication within the team;
  • Create and maintain communication links with other departments within Moment Factory;

  • Simplifying the Production Process
  • Provide advice and recommendations related to the project, improve content creation, and task distribution;
  • Contribute to improving the content production process;
  • Participate in keeping the project portfolio and other department tracking tools up to date.
  • YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • College diploma in audiovisual studies, project management, theater production, production, television post-production, or a related field;
  • Professional mastery of French and English, both oral and written (you will need to communicate in English with internal and external collaborators);
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in 3D content production, VFX, and motion design;
  • Experience in multimedia production (projection mapping shows, large events, immersive shows, concerts, etc.);
  • Experience in real-time content production is a plus;
  • Interest in new technologies and production methods;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in creating quotes;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and trends (Waterfall, Agile, etc.), a plus;
  • Knowledge of 2D and 3D content production software, a plus;
  • Knowledge of ShotGrid management software, a plus;
  • Knowledge and/or interest in the field of AI.
