YOUR TEAM

At Moment Factory, the PMO is a service designed for all teams, supporting the execution of both internal and external projects by generating added value while promoting well-being and efficiency. The PMO serves as a central hub for project management, prioritizing simplicity and excellence to deliver tangible results.
As part of your role, you will work closely with interactive experts—a multidisciplinary group that includes creative developers, UX/UI designers, and other technology enthusiasts. Together, you will design and deploy immersive experiences that emphasize innovation, accessibility, and user engagement in the real world.


YOUR MISSION

Balancing project planning and execution, interactive project managers ensure the smooth progression of each project phase. You will oversee creative endeavors from both an operational and human perspective.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing one or more assigned projects, tracking all project phases from conception to execution. Working closely with the project team, you will help determine the best project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) and oversee the interactive team (including diverse artists and developers). You will monitor development progress and act as a bridge between all project stakeholders. In essence, you will be a driving force within the team.

You will often be the main point of contact for your colleagues in implementing interactive concepts. As a trusted expert, you will drive projects forward by engaging the right expertise at the right time. Your advisory and solution-oriented approach will take technical challenges into account and rely on close collaboration with the interactive team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In collaboration with the project team:

  • Participate in needs assessment, goal identification, and project deliverables.
  • Help define key production milestones, project schedules, and preferred project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid, etc.).
  • Assist in effectively assigning project resources.

  • Ensure project constraints are managed and support decision-making:

  • Oversee the project production timeline.
  • Manage tasks and work hours for internal resources, subcontractors, and vendors to meet budgets, deadlines, and project scope.
  • Help solve technical, operational, and even human-related challenges.
  • Plan and organize all activities necessary for project delivery (UX testing, QA plans, software architecture, etc.).

  • Manage clear and efficient communication among all project stakeholders:

  • Organize meetings, approvals, and documentation.
  • Communicate any budget, scope, or timeline changes related to the project.
  • Interact with clients when necessary.

  • Oversee project documentation and organization:

  • Structure and support your team in producing required documentation at every project phase while ensuring accountability.
  • Ensure proper folder hierarchy, file naming conventions, and adherence to these standards by all project team members.

  • Foster collaboration, engagement, and accountability within project teams:

  • Contribute to improving existing processes to maximize productivity.

  • YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, interactive media, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to guide their application.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary and artistic environments (multimedia, audiovisual production, live events, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of development pipelines and interactive media technologies, web, and/or video game tools (e.g., sensors, software such as Unreal, Unity, Touch Designer, Ableton, Web & Integrated Systems).
  • Familiarity with Jira, Wrike, and Confluence (an asset).
  • Knowledge and / or  interest in the AI field.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
