YOUR TEAM

We are a small, central team crucial to the entire process of designing and producing multimedia installations. We provide a comprehensive view of projects and act as a convergence point for all creative and technological initiatives. In this role, you will be dedicated to the Innovation team, which supports our business units, offices, the Center of Expertise, and Formats by advancing our creative and technological expertise to meet market demands and stay at the forefront of our industry.

YOUR MISSION

As an integrator , your primary role is to prototype and integrate complex audiovisual solutions tailored to the innovative multimedia environments of our projects. You are responsible for the technical implementation of AV systems, including the programming of media servers, prototyping, and integration of key elements such as video, sensors and new technologies, lighting, and sound. You make recommendations based on the results of tests, experiments, and benchmarks. Your expertise directly contributes to creative and technological research, enhancing the user experience and improving production value.

Working closely with the Innovation team, you actively participate in the design and prototyping phases, promoting experimentation, new discoveries, and the combination and repurposing of technologies for new functionalities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement tailored AV solutions for specific projects, ensuring the systematic integration of AV components in collaboration with project and creative teams.
  • Set up and program media servers to efficiently orchestrate the distribution of multimedia content, including video, audio, and lighting integration.
  • Deploy AVoIP solutions, adapting to modern standards for media flow distribution and control.
  • Support innovation technical leads in problem-solving, testing new solutions, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Work closely with creative teams to propose technical solutions aligned with the artistic visions of the projects, actively participating in project meetings to ensure the alignment of technical and creative objectives.
  • Stay updated on various sensors and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
  • Quickly prototype during each iteration to validate the usability, potential, and stability of emerging solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to explore future technologies or find creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Engage in Innovation workshops to contribute to the development of new ideas and technologies.
  • YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • A degree in audiovisual technology, digital media, or a related field.
  • Over three years of hands-on experience in the design, integration, and management of complex audiovisual systems.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) with strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for working in an international context.
  • Knowledge of AV equipment, including video projectors, audio systems, sensors, and lighting systems.
  • Proficiency in programming at a prototyping and experimentation level in various languages such as JavaScript, Node-RED, Python, and Max.
  • Expertise in emerging technologies and AVoIP solutions for media flow connectivity and management.
  • Applied experience in technical problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with networked audio systems (Dante, Q-LAN) and lighting communication protocols (Artnet, sACN).
  • Knowledge of hardware and software components.
  • Strong aptitude for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Skills in creating technical plans and schematics for the effective implementation of AV systems.
  • Knowledge and/or interest in the field of AI.
  • Solid knowledge of network configuration.
