YOUR TEAM

In the world of indoor immersive experiences, our team maximizes our multimedia toolbox, interactivity and creative know-how to create, produce and market touring and permanent immersive experiences. Acting as a multidisciplinary team leader in a matrix structure, you'll have access to a diverse team of experts in storytelling, scenography, immersion, technology, interactivity and business to create and market original and unexpected experiences.

YOUR MISSION

As a Producer of Immersive Experiences, you'll be responsible for developing business strategies and converting commercial opportunities into tangible projects, which you'll deliver from concept to operations over several years. Your day-to-day tasks include planning, organizing, supervising and dealing with business relationships - a key player at every stage of the project, from conception to operation. You represent the project and manage relationships with all stakeholders, including investors, intellectual property owners and developers/operators, as well as liaising between them and internal teams. You are responsible for delivering each stage of the project according to agreed criteria, on budget and on time. You manage major risks, and advise teams by providing clear guidelines and recommendations. With strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, you ensure a continuous presence throughout the project and act as a positive influencer, delivering creatively distinctive and commercially successful projects. 

ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Business strategy and relationship development

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential stakeholders (developers, intellectual property, investors, partners, sub-contractors);
  • Develop and maintain a network in relevant professional sectors (experiences, events, tours, real estate, suppliers etc.) ;
  • Network and participate in professional activities in the target segment;
  • Validate the feasibility and profitability of potential projects based on our parameters, stakeholder needs and financial and technical information;
  • In collaboration with Finance, prepare business models and presentations to potential and current stakeholders;
  • Coordinate external and internal expertise required for project development (tax, legal, technical) and contract signing;
  • Convert commercial and creative opportunities into concrete projects.

  • Responsible for management of projects and operations

  • Manage relations with stakeholders at all stages (business development, creation/production, operations);
  • Identify, analyze and manage project risks;
  • Define and oversee project strategy, planning, organization and supervision: business model, contracts and legal relationships, detailed budget, timelines, parameters and objectives;
  • Prepare project-related contractual and administrative documents for stakeholders, in collaboration with various internal stakeholders;
  • Plan and monitor the flow of funds related to the project and its operation, and follow up on payments and transfers with stakeholders;
  • Act as an expert and positive influencer: assist, train and support in line with knowledge and skills;
  • Participate in the standardization of tools and procedures between the various producers and delegated producers.
  • During the creation and production phase of the experience, work closely with the producer assigned to creation and production to :

  • Participate in the development of the project, ensuring its smooth running by providing advice and recommendations to the teams (technical, objectives, performance, profitability, distribution, touring strategy, etc.);

  • Ensure that the budget is respected, carry out ongoing monitoring and communicate project progress;
  • Represent the project and promote the teams;
  • Draw up the production post-mortem in collaboration with the teams. 

  • YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • Undergraduate university degree in management or a relevant field of activity (entertainment, multimedia environments, performing arts production, exhibitions etc.) or equivalent experience ;
  • Over 10 years' experience in a producer or management position in a creative environment in the entertainment, multimedia, exhibition or location-based entertainment  industry;
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, production and operations of projects marketed to the public (B2C);
  • Excellent business development, partner relations and negotiation skills;
  • Advanced command of French and English, both spoken and written (you will be communicating regularly with English-speaking stakeholders in this role);
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Solid knowledge of the financial and legal context of projects: business and financial models, contracts, budgets, production costs, invoicing, tax credits, intellectual property, immigration laws, marketing and branding needs, advertising, B2C data management etc. ;
  • Solid knowledge of all aspects of operating and distributing immersive experience projects (or similar entertainment products), including marketing, ticketing, customer service, promoters/operators, venues and local suppliers.
  • Good knowledge of each stage of immersive experience production; basic knowledge of multimedia technology and other required disciplines (set design, lighting, sound, interactivity);
  • Understanding of Moment Factory's specific business sectors and related issues; up-to-date knowledge of competition and available products; ability to anticipate international cultural trends;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously, to work under pressure and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Keynote, etc.) and Google Suite.

  • SPECIFIC WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Requires flexible working hours, including regular meetings with stakeholders in other time zones (evenings);
