YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for supporting Moment Factory's technical teams in managing all recruitment processes, both nationally and internationally. You will also ensure that the company’s creative culture is maintained while considering global challenges and the company’s strategic mission.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full recruitment process for specialized and technical positions at various levels;
  • Implement proactive recruitment strategies to maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates;
  • Act as a recruitment expert and coach hiring managers on best practices;
  • Provide exceptional service to hiring managers to ensure the effective and successful completion of recruitment processes;
  • Promote the adoption of best practices in diversity and inclusion throughout all recruitment activities;
  • Participate in coordinating recruitment events (career days, job fairs, conferences, internal activities, etc.);
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms for candidate sourcing;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the labor market;
  • Positively represent the company in the candidate market. 
  • YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience, including 5 years in the entertainment, multimedia, technology, innovation sectors, or a related industry involving creative content;
  • Strong understanding of technical roles within the industry;
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process;
  • Comfortable with international recruitment and sourcing candidates in a competitive talent market;
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken (as you will regularly communicate with English-speaking clients in this role).
