MongoDB is seeking a Salesforce support Admin for CRM Support team who is a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Bengaluru for our hybrid working model.
Shift Timing- 6 PM - 2 AM IST
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows and security
- Should be able to manage deployments and versioning via deployment tools and manage Ci-CD pipelines
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to educate existing build, frameworks, and best practices
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications like Territory Management, CPQ, Certinia, Marketo, Workato, Mulesoft, Gainsight etc
- Effectively communicate and execute scalable CRM solutions and RCA to both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Create and maintains documentation related to important support processes
- Able to react quickly, lead and perform exceptionally during critical events
- Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
- Work together with Technical PODS to develop integration and migration requirements and custom extensions or functionality to existing business applications when needed
- Identify opportunities to utilize Salesforce best practices, provide scalability and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 4+ Years of Salesforce Admin & Devops Experience
- Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, process automation, reporting, etc.)
- Expert level knowledge and configuration experience in visual flows, basic apex and running queries
- Experience in deployment, versioning, Devops tools preferably Gearset
- Knowledge and experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
- Proven analytical and problem-solving ability to grasp concepts quickly and deliver results against ambitious timelines
- Excellent communication skills to connect with team and stakeholders to handle a full application development cycle
- Salesforce Basic and Advanced Certifications
Success Measures
- In 3 months, you will have acquired complete knowledge of the CRM systems and tools at MongoDB and also have a full grasp of the current business process and implementations by working closely with the senior resources in the team
- In 6 months, you will have successfully mastered one or two critical modules in the Salesforce CRM area and become a technical SME in MongoDB Salesforce systems and implementations
- In 12 months, you will have established successful relationships with our key stakeholders and become the go-to person for anything related to Salesforce CRM
