Due to significant recent and ongoing growth in our fast-paced environment, we’re looking for a Manager to join our Employee Experience team in EMEA.
This new role will be based within EMEA (preferably in Ireland or Germany) and will support several of our countries across EMEA, including DACH. It provides a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class HR team rapidly scaling across EMEA. Responsibilities
- Oversee overall compliance and culture within your designated regions. This includes;
- Partner with the regional and global People Teams to roll out key people processes & programs locally
- Work with leaders to build a positive and engaging work culture aligning people decisions with our core values
- Manage Employee Relations processes including performance, grievances and investigations across your region
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day HR management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Act as a true partner for our people and first-line managers in the region, providing advice, support, and coaching
- Manage HR policies, processes, and management support for a number of our markets in EMEA on all HR operational elements (e.g., compliance, competitive benefits, manager coaching & development)
Requirements & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of relevant HR experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally in a rapidly growing technology business
- In-depth understanding of employment law and regulations in DACH
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience managing ER processes and protocols across multiple EMEA geographies
- Self-motivation and assertiveness - the ability to track down answers and drive solutions autonomously
- Passion in embracing operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements
- Equally comfortable partnering with employees and VPs and moving regularly between tactical and strategic priorities.
- An entrepreneurial spirit- we have a lot to build
- The ability to act as a critical change agent to initiate, facilitate and manage changes through effective planning, communication, and coaching
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
- Experience supporting global/distributed organizations is strongly preferred
