We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Cloud Partner Campaign Manager to oversee and manage joint marketing campaigns with our global Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), including AWS, GCP, and Azure. This role is pivotal in driving successful collaboration and execution of campaigns while ensuring alignment with overarching goals and partner funding compliance.

This role can be based remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Funding Management:
    • In collaboration with Global Cloud Partner and Regional Marketers, track all joint marketing campaigns with global CSP partners
    • Ensure all campaign requests align with overarching business goals, including revenue generation and key initiatives
    • Collaborate with CSP counterparts to understand partner funding rules of engagement and related processes
  • Tracking and Reporting:
    • Manage campaign performance metrics, ensuring all ROI data is shared with Global Cloud Partner Marketing Managers
    • Track campaign opportunities, performance, and outcomes, providing detailed updates to stakeholders
    • Submit all CSP marketing invoices and funding claims accurately and on time, adhering to partner processes
  • Process Optimization:
    • Maintain and improve processes for MDF requests and tracking related funds
    • Develop documentation for campaign guidelines, timelines, and funding submission workflows

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience managing joint marketing campaigns with CSPs or enterprise technology partners
  • Strong understanding of MDF and funding claim processes, including credit rules and engagement
  • Proven ability to track campaign performance and provide data-driven ROI insights
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a detail-oriented approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain partner and cross-functional relationships
  • This role is critical in ensuring our partnerships with AWS, GCP, and Azure deliver measurable impact, aligning with MongoDB’s broader marketing and revenue goals

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:
$70,000$138,000 USD
