Position Description:
Our Sales Operations Team is looking for a Manager, Salesforce and NetSuite who will be responsible for leading the administration, development, and strategic enhancement of Motus’ enterprise applications, with a main focus on Salesforce and NetSuite. This role will lead all aspects of system architecture, optimize business processes, and drive efficiency improvements across the organization. The successful candidate will lead a team, partner with key stakeholders, and ensure that enterprise applications meet business needs while aligning with overall company objectives.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about driving innovation, optimizing enterprise applications, and enabling business success through Salesforce and NetSuite.
Position Duties:
Strategic Leadership & System Optimization:
- Lead the strategy, administration, and enhancement of Salesforce, NetSuite, and other critical SaaS applications.
- Develop and implement an enterprise application roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Identify automation opportunities and system optimizations to streamline workflows across sales, finance, and operations.
- Stay ahead of emerging SaaS trends and recommend new technologies to improve business processes.
Application Management & Development:
- Lead all aspects of the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and associated third-party applications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all enterprise applications.
- Lead and optimize Salesforce CPQ, Advance Approvals, and NetSuite financial workflows.
- Maintain standard processes for system governance, release management, and change control.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT, to collect requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on system capabilities and enhancements.
- Work closely with GTM teams to ensure applications support revenue growth strategies.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
- Lead and mentor a team.
- Establish team goals, performance metrics, and professional development plans.
- Lead relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely implementation and support of system updates and enhancements.
Operational Excellence & Support:
- Lead all aspects of issue resolution, system maintenance, and troubleshooting across Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, documentation, and training programs to enhance system adoption.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical business applications.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise applications management, with a solid focus on Salesforce and NetSuite.
- 3+ years of experience in leading the Salesforce team.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator required; Advanced Architect/Developer Salesforce Certifications, Sales Cloud Certification, CPQ Specialist and NetSuite Administrator certification preferred.
- Consistent track record in leading enterprise SaaS applications, business process automation, and system integrations.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Advance Approvals, Conga Composer, and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in SOQL, SQL, workflow automation, security/sharing models, and data governance.
- Solid grasp of order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and financial reporting in NetSuite.
- Experience in leading teams, running projects, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business transformation through technology.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
