Position Description:

The Revenue Operations team is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive data insights and process optimization across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Success. This role requires expertise in Tableau and DOMO, with experience in Salesforce (SFDC) to support revenue analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Successful candidates will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in improving revenue performance, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making. This position offers opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and leadership visibility.

Position Duties:

  • Build and optimize dashboards in Tableau and DOMO to track key revenue metrics (pipeline health, ARR, churn, upsell trends) with compelling data visualization and easy-to-understand reporting
  • Analyze pipeline trends, forecast models, and SaaS performance metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead data alignment across Salesforce, Tableau, and DOMO while optimizing reporting integrations, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data integrity
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Success to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for process improvement
  • Present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership to improve revenue growth and operational efficiency

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role within SaaS
  • Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Data Analyst) required
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau and DOMO for data visualization and reporting
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including reporting and analytics integrations.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to translate data insights for diverse audiences
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying tools preferred

Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The salary for this role is $86,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
