The Internal Solutions team is looking for an analytical and business minded individual to support our indirect procurement function. This role is highly collaborative and works directly with all departments at the company and is critical to supporting our business partners in ensuring they have the best possible vendors and tech stack while shielding the company from excessive risk. Attention to detail and a desire to change the status quo are critical for the success of this role. This role will report to the Strategic Sourcing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of vendor contracts across all departments while ensuring all contracts align with and are in the best interest of the business
- Maintain internal contract documents and all related metadata with a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders; including, Legal, Information Security, Executive Leadership and more while fostering trust and transparency with key stakeholders
- Independently track and report on contractual commitments for our major vendors during recurring vendor reviews with key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated interest in in direct procurement with 2+ years of experience in a SaaS procurement, vendor management and business operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with legal terminology, contract structures and commercial terms
- Experience using vendor management software, research subscriptions, or other tools/resources to guide decision-making
- Proven track record of supporting stakeholders in a vendor evaluation process and the ability to guide stakeholders through making a decision
The base pay range for this position is $75,000-$85,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
