We’re looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial self-starter to take on the challenge of launching a new fintech brand in France and growing it to be a market-leader. We are already Canada’s top saving and investing app, and we’re bringing our mission of helping millennials achieve their financial goals to France.

You might be a great fit for our team if you:

  • are passionate about growth & marketing and have a strong background in digital
  • are skilled at tracking and analyzing performance data
  • have a knack for creating valuable partnerships to drive user acquisition
  • are a great storyteller and excel in communications and media relations
  • have previous startup experience and thrive in a high-pressure,  fast-moving environment
  • have experience managing vendors, agencies and third-party collaborators.

In your first three months, you’ll be focused on:

  • Launching the new brand in the French market and generating mainstream media awareness and recognition.
  • Achieving user acquisition targets, welcoming our first 50,000 French users to the platform.
  • Collaborating with local and remote teammates in Montreal, Canada to execute on projects and deliver key results.
  • Develop a 12-month marketing plan and budget, and evaluating the resources needed to execute.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years experience in a growth marketing role
  • Project management experience and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English
