About the position:

We are seeking a Director of IT Product and Service Management to lead and oversee the product and service-focused business capabilities across corporate functions, including tools that support Engineering, HR, Finance, Accounting, and other internal teams. This role will report directly to the CIO and is integral to adopting a product operating model that enhances internal service delivery and optimizes the employee experience across the organization.

As the Director, you will be responsible for the strategic management and continuous improvement of corporate capabilities, driving product ownership and optimization to ensure alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business processes, streamline operations, and deliver measurable outcomes that elevate efficiency and scalability within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Product & Service Focus: Lead the development and execution of product and service strategies for corporate capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and IT teams to improve business processes, ensuring a seamless integration of services across departments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to align business capabilities with strategic objectives and deliver value to internal stakeholders.
  • Capability Roadmap Development: Create and manage a product and service roadmap for corporate capabilities, driving continuous improvements and delivering scalable, user-friendly services.
  • Performance & Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for corporate services, ensuring the delivery of efficient, scalable, and high-quality business processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team responsible for managing corporate services and capabilities, fostering an environment of accountability, innovation, and growth.
  • Change Leadership: Champion organizational change initiatives, driving the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes that improve corporate services and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business transformation, product management, or corporate services, with a focus on process improvement and service delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading product and service-focused business capabilities in areas such as HR, Finance, Engineering, or other corporate functions.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in developing and executing a product operating model that drives continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery optimization, scalability, and employee experience enhancement.
  • Experience with KPIs and metrics management, with a focus on operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Experience with SaaS, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday), collaboration tools, and other corporate applications is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
 Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
