Overview:

The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to take on an active role in the Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales finance function. Reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM Finance, this individual contributor role will partner closely with leaders across Sales to drive financial/strategic execution for the company’s business. We need a highly quantitative and analytical business partner for this role - someone who has a successful track record of creating frameworks to better evaluate the business, develop proactive solutions to help Sales leadership optimize revenue outcomes, and drive continued efficiencies to allow for reinvestment into more productive areas. The ideal candidate will be someone who excels not only at analyzing the data and metrics but also at presenting the data in a compelling manner to drive positive change. Responsibilities include:

  • Drive planning and forecasting efforts for Sales, including the long-range plan, annual financial plan, and monthly forecasts 
  • Refine Netskope’s Cloud/SaaS Go-To-Market metrics model 
  • Develop financial models that reflect an aligned approach between Corporate and Sales initiatives, investment priorities, and efficiency goals 
  • Develop and enhance sales productivity and other sales efficiency metrics 
  • Deliver analysis and reporting of the business’s financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted 
  • Analyze key performance indicators, financial trends and develop key insights and recommendations 
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency 
  • Provide analytical decision-making support for business partners
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management
  • Focus on aligning Sales metrics with corporate strategy and appropriate market opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Sales finance experience required 
  • Deep understanding of P&L components, unit economics, sales functions, and SaaS metrics 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills 
  • Proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships across an organization 
  • Advanced financial modeling and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail 
  • Self-starter with the ability to be agile in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field required
  • Graduate degree from a top business school strongly preferred
