We are seeking a results-driven GTM Systems Product Owner to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of Go-To-Market (GTM) products and services. As the GTM Systems Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between the Marketing and Sales Teams and the IT organization, ensuring alignment on business needs and solution delivery. You will strive to drive innovation and deliver measurable business value by collaborating closely with stakeholders to define product vision, build quarterly roadmaps, and align priorities.
This role requires a strong understanding of agile principles, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep passion for building scalable and user-focused GTM processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to champion the voice of the customer and align on the GTM product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
- Operate within the agile framework by maintaining and grooming the product backlog, developing clear and concise user stories, and participating in stand-ups and sprint planning
- Bridge the gap between the business stakeholders and IT delivery team, ensuring alignment on objectives and timely delivery of high quality technical solutions
- Analyze system performance and leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure GTM products and integrations adhere to compliance, governance, and security standards.
- Work with stakeholders to determine value proposition and expected ROI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions, ensuring all stakeholders understand the "why" and the intended benefits
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or as a business/process subject matter expert, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for complex projects
- Experience working in agile environments and effectively managing product backlogs using project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong understanding of GTM systems, such as Salesforce and Marketo.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
- Tenacious problem-solver, comfortable making decisions amid uncertainty.
- Skilled in leading brainstorming sessions, requirements gathering, and design feedback.
- Exceptional listening comprehension and empathy.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Strong bias for action and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in written/spoken English.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of product operating models and experience transitioning from project-based to product-focused delivery.
- Knowledge of enterprise GTM applications (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Impartner, Qualified, ZoomInfo, Groove, Linkedin Sales Navigator, LeanData, 6sense) and their integrations.
- Experience in user journey mapping and driving customer-centric solutions.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Manager, are a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
