We're on the lookout for a dynamic Business Analyst to support our client's global SAP S4/Hana implementation, specifically tailored for production facilities in Thailand in H2 2024. Project Deliverables:

  • Gathering requirements for existing reporting and data usage across the supply chain and finance within manufacturing.
  • Mapping data from SAP into the current data architecture to ensure seamless business continuity for SAP go-live.
  • Staging data from SAP Manufacturing to the current data platform in Azure.
  • Implementing business logic and transforming SAP data to fit current data models.

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • πŸ” Gather and document requirements for existing reporting and data usage.
  • πŸ” Identify and document data gaps between current target data models and future SAP setups.
  • πŸ” Conduct data analysis, validation, and testing to ensure data integrity.
  • πŸ” Ensure business processes can continue without disruption post-go-live.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • βœ… Experience: 4-10 years (minimum 4 years required).
  • βœ… Technical Skills: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, data analysis, data profiling, and source-to-target mapping.
  • βœ… Location: On-site near Bangkok, 5 days a week.

    • Core Skills:

  • πŸ”§ Familiarity with SAP HANA modules relevant to manufacturing (e.g., SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP QM).
  • πŸ”§ Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent at eliciting requirements from diverse stakeholders across manufacturing operations, supply chain, finance, and IT.
  • πŸ”§ Documentation: Skilled in creating detailed requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • πŸ”§ Process Mapping: Ability to document current business processes and identify data needs post-migration.
  • πŸ”§ Gap Analysis: Expertise in identifying gaps between existing and new systems and defining requirements to bridge these gaps.
  • πŸ”§ Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • πŸ”§ Data Validation: Proficient in validating data accuracy pre- and post-migration.
  • πŸ”§ Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • πŸ”§ Self-Driven: Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • πŸ”§ Agile Experience: Previous experience working in agile delivery teams is essential.
  • πŸ”§ Language Skills: Fluency in Thai and English, with excellent communication abilities.
