We are a strong team of 400+ people spanning across 5 countries: Vietnam, Thailand, Egypt, GCC, and Germany. Our ideas have driven successful exits, strong financial results, and competitive advantages. We build billion-dollar companies.

We rethink processes, business models, and architecture—not just tech stacks. This approach empowers our people to explore their own paths, bringing ideas to life, learning, and advancing across teams and departments.

We say no to office politics and pointless meetings. Instead, we celebrate curiosity, experimentation, and passion beyond just code. We encourage growth both within and beyond teams and departments, and this is where your journey with us can begin.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As CFO, you will establish clear guidelines and set the strategic direction for local finance teams in each country, ensuring alignment and efficient financial management across all regions. • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the organization, maintaining a robust risk management framework to protect assets and ensure financial stability in response to market changes.
  • Cost Control: Analyze operational costs, implement cost control measures, and collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • What we want:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Professional certifications like CPA or CFA are beneficial but not mandatory, depending on the candidate’s experience and the company’s specific needs.
  • 7+ years of financial management experience, ideally within the IT industry or similar tech-driven sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing finances for a small to mid-sized company, preferably in a growth phase.
  • Hands-on experience with international financial operations, including foreign exchange (FOREX) management and cross-border transactions.
  • Knowledge of or experience in financial compliance with various international regulatory frameworks is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, particularly in managing currency risks and optimizing cash flow in a multinational environment.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, especially in a smaller, agile team.
  • Familiarity with IT-specific financial concerns, such as technology investments, recurring revenue models, and cost control in high-tech environments.
  • Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and FOREX risk management tools.
  • Strong sense of accountability, with the ability to collaborate closely with the CEO and other senior leaders.
  • Understanding of international financial regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with tax laws, transfer pricing, and foreign exchange regulations.
  • Compliance knowledge in multiple jurisdictions is a plus, giving an edge in managing complexes.
  • Experience with SFRS and IFRS, with a strong ability to ensure compliance across various reporting standards.

  • Nice to have:
