In this role, you will
Organize and lead memorable team-building events and celebrations, building an annual calendar of events to keep the workplace lively and connectedOversee budgets for events and engagement initiatives, ensuring effective allocation and managementChampion the company’s culture and values through creative internal initiatives and social media presenceUse basic design skills to produce visually appealing content for internal communications and social mediaPartner with various teams to create and execute campaigns that highlight company culture, milestones, and employee achievementsManage and grow company social media accounts, posting regular updates to engage both internal and external audiencesEnsure every employee feels recognized and connected to the communityWhat you will bring
Proven experience in organizing team-building activities and crafting an engaging yearly event planAbility to create and manage budgets for events and engagement initiatives effectivelyAbility to maintain and enhance the company’s image and culture through thoughtful community initiativesBasic proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) to produce engaging visual contentExperience with managing social media accounts and creating posts that resonate with diverse audiencesFluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills3+ years in a community management or similar role focused on employee engagement and culture
