NFQ Email Marketing team is a leading Email Marketing service provider in Lithuania with national rights to represent Omnisend (Marketing Automation platform) among over 1000 national and international accounts. Our daily tasks include strategy planning, content creation, sales, customer support, and overall E-commerce business consulting. 

With 14+ years of experience in this field, we have consulted and worked with over 500 businesses, including names such as MemberShop.lt, Barbora.lt, Ermitazas.lt, Pegasas.lt, Audimas.lt, Makalius.lt, and many others, including international brands.

Currently, seeking an Email Marketing Intern (Design & Copy) for a 4-month internship to join our delivery team with a focus on content creation from copy and design perspectives. You will not only get acquainted with the Email Marketing / Marketing Automaton fields with Omnichannel approach, but also personally contribute to work with TOP Lithuanian E-commerce brands and master new skills in a very diverse position.

You will

  • Be involved in content planning and creative tasks for clients based on various collaboration models in the team (cross-collaboration; independent content development; dedicated tasks)
  • Individually or together with other dedicated team members you will help execute newsletter campaigns, automation flows, and lead generation projects (content planning, copy, and design)
  • Embrace a continuous exploration of new content formats and ideas, always tweaking and evolving to capture and connect with the audience in fresh and engaging ways
  • Help with daily Email Marketing tasks and business expansion or marketing projects
  • Work with other unit tasks related to educational and industry goals

  • Availability for a full-time position
  • Experience with design development programs and copywriting would be an advantage
  • Creative approach and interest to adapt new skills, initiate new projects and improvements
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (both in Lithuanian and English)
  • Extreme attention to detail
