Roles & Responsibilities
Lead ERP implementation project activities, includingConducting face-to-face client meetings for requirements gathering, analysis, and definition.Coordinating conference room pilots, system testing, user training, and go-live support.Manage and monitor project scope of work to ensure alignment with client expectations.Work within the overall project plan, schedule, and milestones.Ensure timely completion of all deliverables according to the implementation methodology.Generate accurate and timely project status updates, time tracking, and expense reports. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Must have)Minimum 3-5 years of ERP project implementation experience especially with Infor SyteLine (other systems like Oracle, Epicor, etc., are a plus). (Nice to have)Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking. (Must have)Strong communication and analytical skills with a service-minded and challenging spirit. (Must have)Solid understanding of business operations in manufacturing, and/or accounting in Vietnam.
