We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual for the Executive Assistant to the CTO.

In this role, you will

  • Coordinate with various departments to monitor workload distribution, ensure compliance with timelines, issue reminders for task completion, and facilitate seamless interdepartmental operations.
  • Conduct data analysis, manage information, and documentation, and develop comprehensive dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Coordinate and manage the BOD’s meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, following up on action items and ensure all meeting details are organized and prioritized.
  • Handle logistics such as business travel arrangements, collect invoice and reimburse.
  • Provide general administrative support to the BOD, including managing files, handling confidential information, and assisting with special projects.
  • What will you bring

  • At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional, ideally supporting BOD executives in a high-growth or technology-focused company.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  • Proficient in analyzing information, preparing presentations, and clearly presenting data.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Capable of working autonomously, making decisions with discretion and using initiative to address gaps and streamline processes.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive approach to challenges.
  • Proficient in English with a minimum IELTS 7.0, both in written and verbal forms, with high-quality presentation skills; fluency in Vietnamese/French is a plus. Have a degree, with a preference for candidates who graduated before 2018.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools like Slack.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines, and flexibility to adapt to changes.
