In this role, you will
Engage in Agile software development, including prototyping and code reviews, collaborating with international teams to create scalable solutions.Maintain high standards of code quality through comprehensive unit and component tests, along with thorough debugging practices.Take responsibility for the technical development and stability of the customer's project within the framework of Client-wide guidelines.Prepare technical-strategic decision bases.Document and transfer knowledge of technical project know-how by co-organising Guild Meetings and Barcamps.Lead cyclical and operational discussions with the team’s developers (Catch-Ups), in collaboration with the Team Coach.Operational exchange with the roles Team Coach / Agile Project Management in order to promote transparency in the client project.Technical exchange with the Head of Development.Technical discussion and exchange within the project team.Communicate potential risks and issues to the Team Coach and Head of Development.Support Agile project managers in technical customer communication.Support the staff development of Developers in exchange with the roles of Team Coach and Head of Development.What you will bring
5+ years of experience in Software Development, with solid expertise in JavaScript ES6+/TypeScript. Proficient in all areas of web development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, jQuery, JSON, SCSS), including accessibility, best practices, and security concerns.A strong understanding of API design, such as RESTful or GraphQL, and solid experience in Agile (Scrum model) development environments.Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code.Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues.A passion for learning new technologies and a strong enthusiasm for technology.Nice to have:
Experience with React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind.Experience in cloud computing/hosting (AWS, Vercel, Netlify).Familiarity with front-end testing and test runners (e.g., Cypress/Jest).Why you will love working here
