We are looking for an IT Project Manager ready to collaborate with our team and clients on diverse projects. You’ll join a supportive, growth-oriented environment where we tackle complex challenges together, creating real impact for our clients.

In this role, you will

  • Be responsible for project scope, time, budget, communication and overall customer and project success
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
  • Analyze project requirements and organize them effectively
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • What you will bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management
  • Understanding of IT development (preferably of custom software)
  • Analytical thinking and BA (Business Analysis) skills
  • Experience with stakeholder management and communication
  • Proven experience in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of project budgeting and financial management
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-changing environment
  • Proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages
  • IoT or energy sector project management experience is a plus
