We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in managing a variety of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. With five experienced project managers on our team, you will have ample opportunity to learn from senior professionals and receive support. Our team is mostly specializing in delivering cutting-edge solutions in travel, logistics, and health sectors.

In this role, you will

  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
  • Analyze the requirements and structure them
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • What will you bring

  • Min 3 years experience in project management
  • Understanding in software development
  • Experience with stakeholder management and communication
  • Knowledge of project budgeting and financial management
  • Business Analyst skills and experience (analytical thinking)
  • Willingness to learn in a fast changing environment
  • Goal oriented and team-player attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
