In this role you will

  • It is not just about coding but also about building the awesome infrastructure for the products.
  • You will be joining an awesome startup team to build cool applications that serve millions of users, from idea to production, and develop APIs/Integrations using the PHP/JavaScript/Java stack.

  • Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of customer projects using Agile methods, developing strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact, managing stakeholder expectations, and always seeking solutions for improvement.
  • What you will bring

  • Strong understanding of a major Cloud Service Provider: AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alibaba.
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform / CloudFormation for provisioning infrastructure in cloud environments, including the ability to write and execute modules and documents.
  • Container Orchestration – Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including knowledge of Helm charts.
  • Solid experience with source control and related concepts (Git, Gitflow, branches, tags, etc.).
  • Extensive experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD processes using self-managed tools or cloud technologies (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitlabCI), including knowledge of GitOps practices (e.g., ArgoCD).
  • Monitoring systems such as Prometheus, GCP Stackdriver, Datadog, Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana, AWS Cloudwatch, etc.
  • Logging systems like Elastic Stack (ELK/EFK), Graylog, Logentries.
  • Error exception tracking & APM tracing such as Sentry, NewRelic APM, Datadog APM, Elasticsearch APM or OpenTelemetry.
  • Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Nginx Ingress, Envoy, or Istio, for managing microservices communication, traffic routing, and observabilityHands-on experience in operating and maintaining intensive RDBMS/NoSQL databases and search engines (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (PHP, Python, Golang, Bash, etc.).
  • Experience and understanding of web applications and related technologies (RESTful API/SOAP, CDN, etc.).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting large-scale cloud orchestration and low-level Linux issues.
  • Working knowledge of network protocols and standards.
  • Understanding and ability to explain TDD.
  • Strong DevOps mindset and excellent team player (Calm, Cooperative, Problem-solving focus, no Ego, Trust, and Respect).
  • Strong sense of ownership, critical thinking, and ability to drive DevOps initiatives across teams for agile release train.
  • Analytical thinking, communication skills, and accountability for decision results (Positive, Cooperative, Problem-solving focus, Humble, Trust, and Respect).
  • Proficient in English.

  • Big Plus:
  • CKA/CKAD/CKS Certificates
  • Good negotiation, communication skills including well-organized personality with analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design.
  • Knowledge about Computer Security, Application Security, and Security Standards & Best Practices (e.g OWASP, ISO 27000, etc.)
  • Advanced Database tuning and debugging skills (slow queries identification, performance tuning, security hardening, high-availability setup).
  • AWS/GCP/Azure Certificates (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Security Specialty).
