In this role, you will
Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentDrive the development and execution of technical strategies and initiatives to improve quality of our price component.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure the timely delivery of relevant featuresIdentify and address technical challenges, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of pricing componentsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and driving operational efficiencyImplement common engineering best practicesManage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet business objectivesWhat you will bring
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of performance oriented programmingProficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., PHP, C#) and experience with relevant frameworksFamiliarity with relational databases (e.g., MariaDB, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases, and data warehousing conceptsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive technical solutions in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in working with agile projects, defining and executing OKRsUnderstanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationFluency in English and Lithuanian
