The Marketing & Communication team is looking for a Marketing Manager to join us. Our team supports NFQ both in business growth and internal organizational initiatives. This role is specifically focused on strengthening our organization from a marketing perspective. In this role, you will
Develop and drive NFQ’s marketing actions, including defining marketing activities, budget planning, and evaluating their effectivenessPrepare, implement, and optimize marketing activities as part of the marketing mix, with an emphasis on growth marketingDevelop and optimize marketing funnels to enhance engagement and conversionManage the work of cooperating agencies and freelancers to ensure effective execution of marketing initiativesMonitor CRM data integration and its synchronization with marketing toolsCollaborate closely with the Business Development team to align marketing efforts with business objectivesLead and initiate various marketing projects such as webinars, live events, and other initiativesConduct ongoing monitoring of trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform strategyDevelop metrics to measure the reach and impact of marketing campaignsImplement marketing initiatives that inform, inspire, and engage employees around NFQ’s vision, strategy, and goalsCollaborate with Business Unit leaders and multiple stakeholders across the organization to understand their business requirementsManage NPS and CSAT surveys across the company, ensuring effective measurement and analysis of customer satisfaction and loyaltyReport on activity results to the Marketing Lead or CMOWhat you will bring
At least 3 years of marketing experience in designing and implementing creative, comprehensive marketing methods, ideally in a tech-related businessExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Lithuanian and EnglishExperience executing campaigns targeting the B2B market and technology products industryPractical knowledge of content marketing, performance marketing, growth hacking, email marketing, marketing automation, and SEOStrong analytical skills, including estimating and allocating budgets, targeting and segmentation, evaluating channel effectiveness, and predicting campaign effectivenessUnderstanding of concepts related to the marketing funnel and its application in the B2B spaceProficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Google Search ConsoleStrong project management and prioritization skills with attention to detail and superior work ethicExcellent organizational skills with the ability to quickly gather and effectively communicate concise, detailed information both verbally and in writingA high sense of ownership, the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, and a willingness to lead colleagues by exampleWillingness to explore new platforms, formats, test, and iterate quicklyAn analytical and creative mindset with exceptional problem-solving skillsSelf-motivation, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude, enjoying collaboration on high-profile projectsExcellent time management skills and the ability to deliver on agreed termsA passion for continuous self-developmentWhat we offer
