The Marketing & Communication team is looking for a Marketing Manager to join us. Our team supports NFQ both in business growth and internal organizational initiatives. This role is specifically focused on strengthening our organization from a marketing perspective. In this role, you will

  • Develop and drive NFQ’s marketing actions, including defining marketing activities, budget planning, and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Prepare, implement, and optimize marketing activities as part of the marketing mix, with an emphasis on growth marketing
  • Develop and optimize marketing funnels to enhance engagement and conversion
  • Manage the work of cooperating agencies and freelancers to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor CRM data integration and its synchronization with marketing tools
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Lead and initiate various marketing projects such as webinars, live events, and other initiatives
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform strategy
  • Develop metrics to measure the reach and impact of marketing campaigns
  • Implement marketing initiatives that inform, inspire, and engage employees around NFQ’s vision, strategy, and goals
  • Collaborate with Business Unit leaders and multiple stakeholders across the organization to understand their business requirements
  • Manage NPS and CSAT surveys across the company, ensuring effective measurement and analysis of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Report on activity results to the Marketing Lead or CMO
  • What you will bring

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in designing and implementing creative, comprehensive marketing methods, ideally in a tech-related business
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Lithuanian and English
  • Experience executing campaigns targeting the B2B market and technology products industry
  • Practical knowledge of content marketing, performance marketing, growth hacking, email marketing, marketing automation, and SEO
  • Strong analytical skills, including estimating and allocating budgets, targeting and segmentation, evaluating channel effectiveness, and predicting campaign effectiveness
  • Understanding of concepts related to the marketing funnel and its application in the B2B space
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Google Search Console
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills with attention to detail and superior work ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to quickly gather and effectively communicate concise, detailed information both verbally and in writing
  • A high sense of ownership, the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, and a willingness to lead colleagues by example
  • Willingness to explore new platforms, formats, test, and iterate quickly
  • An analytical and creative mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude, enjoying collaboration on high-profile projects
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver on agreed terms
