As an Office Manager, you’ll be the one making sure everything in the office runs smoothly. From handling day-to-day tasks to keeping things organized and managing vendor relationships, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things on track. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, stays on top of things, and steps in to help wherever it’s needed.

A demonstrated track record in office management or similar administrative positionsA proactive approach to ensuring the functionality and upkeep of office facilities and equipmentExceptional organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and effectively managing timeStrong attention to detail and accuracy when handling administrative dutiesThe ability to engage professionally with employees, clients, and vendorsStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards resolving issuesPrevious involvement in procurement and vendor management processesExperience in developing and implementing administrative proceduresThe ability to maintain precise financial records and generate reports as neededProficiency in both Lithuanian and English, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in verbal and written communicationHigh ethical standards and integrity when handling confidential mattersWhat we offer
