We are a dynamic software company expanding into the Industrial Automation sector. Our cutting-edge solutions focus on mobile robotic automation, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and PIM (Product Information Management). As we build this new department, we are looking for a highly skilled Industrial Automation Consultant to guide our customers through the pre-sales and pitch phase.
As a Consultant in Pre-Sales & Business Development, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' decision-making processes. Your primary responsibilities will include leading presentations, workshops, and networking initiatives to engage potential customers and educate them on our innovative automation solutions.

In this role, you will

  • Customer Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding potential clients through complex decision-making processes in the pre-sales phase. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges, pain points, and business objectives
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of our portfolio and its applications within industrial automation environments. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and customers to foster long-term engagement.
  • Presentations & Pitches: Deliver high-impact presentations, sales pitches, and live demos that effectively showcase our innovative automation solutions. Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
  • Workshops & Training: Design and lead advanced in-house workshops to educate and inspire our target audience about the capabilities of mobile robotics, MES, and PIM solutions.
  • Collaboration & Engagement: Work closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams to provide feedback on product features, market trends, and client needs.
  • Market Insights & Forecasting: Utilize your in-depth industry knowledge to anticipate market trends and sales forecasting.
  • What you will bring

  • A Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing Systems, or a related technical field
  • A minimum of 5-7 years in industrial automation, manufacturing software, or robotic solutions, with a proven track record in pre-sales roles. Experience as a technical expert is essential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage complex projects and multiple client engagements effectively.
  • Proven track record of success in winning deals and building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to execute high-quality presentations and host educational workshops.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for technology and customer success.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
