We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to drive our branding, marketing, and CRM initiatives. This role requires expertise in both strategic marketing and technical CRM management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer segmentation, automation, and analytics.

In this role, you will
This role encompasses these key responsibilities: Marketing planning and operation, Content strategy & planning, Content production coordination, Report & Analysis, HubSpot CRM Management.1. Marketing planning and operation:
Join the team to research market/competitors to develop go-to strategy for each country on multi-channel when being requested by stakeholders. Brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and activities throughout the year.Develop a detailed work plan for the given scope/workstream based on the overall plan.Execute marketing activities based on the strategy at each period: Event management, Lead nurturing, Content marketing, Digital Advertising, Website & Social media management, etc.2. HubSpot CRM Management:
Manage CRM system (HubSpot), optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity.Serve as the liaison between business teams and developers by translating requirements, integrating HubSpot via APIs, and testing plugins.Monitor and analyze lead generation efforts, tracking conversions and optimizing strategies.Generate CRM reports and dashboards to provide insights on marketing performance and customer behavior.Train and support internal teams in leveraging marketing and CRM tools effectively.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners to enhance marketing efforts.3. Content strategy & planning:
Synthesize insights from the target audience research and combine them with the brand positioning to propose strategic content direction for NFQ.Develop an effective content strategy with detailed pillars and angles to deliver the main communication objective.Design a detailed implementation plan with audiences, channels, PICs, and timeline.4. Content production coordination:
Coordinate with the internal team (copywriters and designers) to produce content (text and visual) on schedule. Stay updated on AI trends in content marketing to enhance production efficiency and creativity.Write/Produce some of the content as assigned. The format can be varied such as social posts, video scripts, articles, newsletters, etc.5. Report & Analysis:
Report to the line manager about the effectiveness of the assigned marketing activities with insight and plan for further improvement.Others:
Oversee branding initiatives, including the creation of a brand book and brand guidelines, quality check contents and designs from local countries to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.Manage internal Asia Marketing Shared Drive to make sure relevant stakeholders can be provided with what they need to perform their job, specially sales team. Perform other duties as assigned within the Asia Marketing department. What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and CRM management (HubSpot preferred).Proven expertise in executing B2B marketing campaigns and customer segmentation.Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.Basic technical understanding of APIs and CRM integrations.Strong project management & stakeholder collaboration skills.Fluency in English and Vietnamese.Why You’ll Love Working Here
