  •  empowering manufacturers with smart, data-driven solutions. For the expansion of our NFQ Industrial Solutions division in Thailand, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can own the market and drive growth from day one.

  • NFQ Industrial Solutions is an industrial automation software provider, offering a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions: 
  • Automation: AGV/AMR fleet management software, AI video capturing and training for manual assembly lines, and RPA automation.

  • Position Overview

  • As a Business Consultant at NFQ Industrial Solutions, you will be the primary point of contact for prospects and clients to identify, engage, and nurture potential opportunities that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will represent NFQ Industrial Solutions at events and in direct outreach efforts, delivering presentations on our solutions and fostering relationships that ultimately lead to new business. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a consultative mindset, and the drive to convert potential leads into meaningful partnerships
  • 🔑 What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close
  • Build and grow relationships with mid-to-large manufacturers
  • Drive new business in Thailand’s industrial and manufacturing space
  • Collaborate with global teams and help shape our local GTM strategy
  • Be the face of the company in the Thai market
  • Attend and network at relevant external events to pinpoint and engage target customers based on ICP criteria
  • 🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Fluent in Thai & English
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience—ideally the manufacturing space, indsutrial robotics and/or software
  • Strong network in Thailand’s manufacturing/industrial sector
  • Proven hunter mindset: you love opening new doors and closing deals
  • Comfortable selling complex solutions to C-level and operations leaders
  • Understands SaaS, ERP, MESPIM and digital transformation concepts
  • Self-driven, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments
