In this role, you will
Take a leading role in developing responsive, efficient, and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologiesWork with highly senior colleagues, gaining and providing insights and feedback that will foster growth for you and the teamProvide mentorship to junior frontend developers, assisting them in improving their skills and knowledgeParticipate in the architectural and design discussions, contribute to the decision-making process, and help define best practices and coding standards for frontend developmentWork closely with designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide input on user experience (UX) design, and communicate effectively throughout the development processWhat you will bring
5+ years of experience in frontend programmingExpert knowledge of React and TypeScript and modern frontend applications developmentProficient in advanced JavaScript solutions beyond basic React or other framework programming, including custom JavaScript development for diverse applications such as 2D/3D graphics in a web browser using WebGLExpert knowledge in application testing and securityAbility to design system architecture, establish coding standards, and implement project-specific best practicesExperience in continuous deployment and delivery of frontend applicationsProblem-solving skills, analytical thinking and communication skillsFluency in Lithuanian and English What we offer
