In this role, you will:

  • Hunt top-tier talent using creative sourcing methods—social media, job boards, networking events, and beyond.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer.
  • Provide outstanding service to candidates and hiring managers for a seamless NFQ experience.
  • Manage candidate and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Enhance NFQ’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Stay current on recruitment trends, insights, and best practices.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by your manager.
  • What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of IT recruitment experience and a proven ability to identify top-tier talent.
  • Mastery of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies—hunting is your superpower.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease and confidence.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a sixth sense for people.
  • A collaborative team player who also shines solo
  • Excellent English fluency, paired with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sharp interviewing abilities, proactive mindset, and strong logical thinking.
  • Professionalism to engage effectively with high-level stakeholders.
