In this role, you will:
Hunt top-tier talent using creative sourcing methods—social media, job boards, networking events, and beyond. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future needs. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer. Provide outstanding service to candidates and hiring managers for a seamless NFQ experience. Manage candidate and stakeholder expectations effectively. Enhance NFQ’s employer brand to attract top talent. Stay current on recruitment trends, insights, and best practices. Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Handle additional tasks as assigned by your manager.What you will bring:
4+ years of IT recruitment experience and a proven ability to identify top-tier talent.Mastery of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies—hunting is your superpower. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease and confidence. Strong negotiation skills and a sixth sense for people. A collaborative team player who also shines soloExcellent English fluency, paired with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
