Job Responsibility:
Acquisition of New Business OpportunitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to secure competitor business in major and key account portfolios Develop and review proposals for new business opportunitiesOperate as in-country consultant to manage and deliver customer-focused service offerings within the business bracketPrepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plansConducts joint customer visits with Field Sales Executives to share sales and negotiation expertise Manage a rigorous follow-up process aimed at building relationships with senior decision-makersProvide and derive insights from periodical revenue and activity reporting to identify new trends and opportunitiesOwnership of revenues generated and overall customer account relationships.Service Quality AssuranceEnsure all customers are serviced effectively by the team and that Up-Selling and Cross-Selling opportunities are identified and negotiations commenced.Business PartneringEfficiently collaborate with Regional Business Head to develop and implement initiatives that align with business objectives in country.Partner closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) to drive cross-functional support, engagement and advocacy for the success of the teamProcess ImprovementLead and drive additional process improvement projects for the team to optimise output and resultsAlign performance metrics with regional measures to ensure uniformity and consistency. People ManagementDevelop a high performance service culture within the functional department.Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.Perform regular calls with team members to monitor and develop capabilities to execute their tasksIdentify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled department.Build out training programs and materials to educate and train the key accounts team on how to manage key accounts and drive performance
Job Requirement :
At least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any field7 - 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the transportation or service industry. A progressive and proven track record of sales success.Prior experience in building and leading a sales team.Experience of logistics operations a plus point.Excellent verbal and communication skills. Able to produce and deliver quality presentations on a regular basis to key stakeholdersThrives in a fast-paced environmentResourceful and adaptable in an ambiguous and new spaceExcellent communication skills, spoken and writtenSubmit a job application
