The Assistant Linehaul Coordinator is responsible for supervising the team leads of the warehouse. He is in charge of providing them with the necessary equipment, ops fund, and manpower monitoring for inbound, outbound and staging areas in order to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
The Assistant Linehaul Coordinator reports directly to the Linehaul Operations Coordinator. He is in charge of reporting any anomalies in the usual flow of things such as lacking manpower, insufficient pcf, malfunctioning equipment, etc.
Main Duties:
Disperse PCF to drivers/driver aidesMonitor attendance of WH manpowerInspect functionality of WH equipmentCreate daily reports for costs, shipments, and opsUpdate MM department on status of stagingImplement and sustain 5S standards during shift Ensure SOP compliance of team leads and warehouse staffQualiications:
Vocational or Highschool GraduateWith experience in warehousing and logistics Strong people management skills, specifically for blue-collar workersStrict and able to ensure policy and SOP complianceCan read and understand dataComfortable working in a warehouse setting
