The Business Development Associate at Ninja Van Singapore exists to drive growth and expansion in the B2B space, contributing to the company's mission by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and overseeing the development of key accounts. It aims to help Ninja Van diversify away from ecommerce last mile logistics. 

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry relationships.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop customized solutions and proposals.
  • Creating compelling business proposals and presentations to showcase the company's products or services.
  • Communicating effectively to articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Leading negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Closing deals and contracts in line with company goals and objectives.
  • Working closely with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless implementation of business strategies.
  • Providing feedback from clients to improve products or services.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to business development efforts.
  • Analyzing sales data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth, especially in a supply chain-related company.
  • Relevant industry knowledge in B2B logistics.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent in relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possesses an analytical mindset, facilitating problem-solving.
  • Adaptable individual, resilient and results-driven.
