About the unit:
Restock Operations Unit caters to the new service of the Company, Ninja Restock, which is a business-to-business (B2B) service that enables brands and businesses to distribute supplies seamlessly to their locations and branches.
Job Description:
The Deputy Head of Restock Logistics is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process for shippers within the B2B sphere. This role is critical in ensuring that products move efficiently from suppliers to retailers or customers, meeting demand promptly and within the customer prescribed timeframes while minimizing costs. The B2B environment is fast-paced, requiring agility, accuracy, and constant coordination among multiple stakeholders.
The Deputy Head of Restock Logistics directly reports to the Head of Shipper Operations and handles a team of several operations managers nationwide.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in inventory management, restocking, or warehouse operations in the FMCG industry.
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
Solid experience in both working with sales/account management teams and operations teams
Proven experience in working cross-functionally - proposing and executing initiatives that require multi-department collaboration
Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs.
Previous experience from a startup company is a plus
