Responsibilities
Accountable to ensure all inquiries for problematic delivery issues are well addressed on daily basis and close in timely mannered in all mediumsAccountable to conduct a thorough investigations for all problematic parcels/delivery issues within the allotted timeAccountable to verify all claims submissions from all claimantTo prepare report on the related problematic delivery issues on weekly basisTo ensure full adherence to Recovery's SOPTo ensure the relevant stakeholders are well informed with issue that tag to order(s)To ensure the accuracy of data input into the recovery systemTo assist Manager/Head for any ad hoc projects and analysis as and when required.Requirements
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduate encouraged to apply) 2 years working experience in courier service will be an added advantageCandidate must be a process and details oriented. Meticulous in ensuring processes are followedGood analytical and communication skills and a problem solverHands on approach as work will be close to warehouse basedStrong ability to grasp operation processes and systems quicklyMust have an excellent spoken & written knowledge in English & Bahasa MalaysiaAble to connect with people and communicate clearlyMust have high integrity and responsibility towards the task assignedExcellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Google appsQuick learner: we work in a fast-paced environment where you will be challenged to rapidly pick up on new concepts
