Responsibilities

  • Accountable to attend to all related problematic delivery issues and close it within the agreed SLA
  • To verify and analyze the problematic delivery issues tagged
  • To prepare report on the related problematic delivery issues on daily and weekly basis
  • To ensure no PETs issues left unattended by EOD
  • To update the problematic delivery issues outcome as per received via email
  • Able to connect with people and communicate clearly
  • To ensure full adherence to Recovery's SOP
  • To ensure full compliance in 5's concepts
  • To ensure the relevant stakeholders are well informed with issue that tag to order(s), if required
  • To ensure the accuracy of data input into the recovery system
  • To assist Manager/Head for any ad hoc projects and analysis as and when required.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any field (fresh graduate encouraged to apply)
  • Candidate must be a process and details oriented. Meticulous in ensuring processes are followed
  • Possess a good communication skill
  • Strong ability to grasp operation processes and systems quickly
  • Must have spoken & written knowledge in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must have high integrity and responsibility towards the task assigned
  • Able to connect with people and communicate clearly
  • Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office application and Google apps
  • Quick learner: we work in a fast-paced environment where you will be challenged to rapidly pick up on new concepts
