Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support in regards to daily operational activities for Trade Marketing programsWork closely with cross-functional teams to plan, develop and implement trade marketing initiatives, rewards and loyalty programs; champion loyalty experience customer journey and to optimize engagement by identifying the shipper segments and deeply understand their needs through design thinking, testing, data analytics and business intelligence and utilise insights to penetrate, engage and grow the segmentsMonitor, analyse and evaluate trade marketing performance and assist supervisor to develop plans for areas of improvementReconcile redemption and fulfilment of rewards to shippersCoordinate with cross-functional personnel (Sales, CSM, Regional team, Procurement, Finance etc)Prepare periodic reports for the purpose of tracking of progress on Ninja Rewards Program and other Trade Marketing campaignsSupport in other activities such as events or other ad hoc task as directed by supervisorsJob Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Prior experience in trade marketing or a similar role is advantageous.Good data processing skillsFlexible with work timings to accommodate project demands or deadlinesGood communication skillsProblem-Solving and analytical skillsGood business acumen to succeed in this roleTeam-oriented approach, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to team successWillingness to travel as required to support trade marketing activities or events.Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is required
