Fulfillment Unit is responsible for both the warehouse operations and sales requirements, ensuring proper execution of business strategies by managing the operations, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders (Sales and Finance Teams), and onboarding of new accounts and clients.

The Fulfillment Sales Manager is responsible for driving client acquisition, lead conversion, and seamless customer onboarding to generate revenue and exceed sales targets. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, optimizing the sales funnel, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active customer. By developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, the Fulfillment Sales Manager plays a key role in accelerating business growth, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Main Duties
Tap into and convert referrals from the internal sales team (FS, Corp, KA, ND, SAL) into closed-won deals.Pre-qualify leads from internal sales channels to enhance sales presentations.Convert leads within the defined TAT to maximize the chances of closing.Develop strategies to drive higher conversion rates.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.Collaborate with marketing teams to create lead generation campaigns and improve brand visibility.Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion.Manage contract negotiations until they are fully agreed and signed by both parties.Oversee and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.Work closely with internal teams (operations, KAM, and product teams) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.Provide guidance and training to clients on product usage, ensuring they maximize value from the offerings.Address any client concerns or challenges during the onboarding phase and ensure a smooth experience
Qualifications
A graduate of any business related courses5-7 years of prior sales experience in solutions sellingRelevant experience and exposure in the industry of FMCG, Fulfillment, or Marketplace PlatformsStrong data management skillsStrong negotiation skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office ApplicationsEffective communication skillsDetail oriented and highly dependableProactive and works with a sense of urgency
