Requirements

  • Min. 10 years of experience in in a Commercial/Sales role. Relevant experience in logistics and eCommerce is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous
  • A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
  • Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environment
  • Strong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
  • Hands- on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems
  • Having multiple experiences on several industries (Logistics, Cold Chain, FnB, etc)
  • Having experience handling SPV Level
  • Having strong network with Beauty, Healthcare & FnB Industries
  • Good analytical capability for market mapping
  • Responsibilities

  • Acquisition, identify and establish Top Brand (Healthcare, Retail, Logistic Service) became customers and Ninja Xpress organizations to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of Business Development
  • Responsible for overseeing team achievement on day to day basis
  • Responsible to maintain healthy pipeline and closing ratio of the opportunity
  • Responsible for maintain team performance regarding to Sales Force report
  • Responsible on development of the team including skill and personal development, and enforce reward and punishment within the team
  • Make sure that all team working as intended with their own KPI
